We are aware on extremely rare occasions there can sometimes be a delay between payment and Patreon receiving notification of payment. This delay can sometimes mean your account will not activate instantly. Normally the delay is very short (5 mins) but, can be longer especially during busy periods such as the beginning of the month. Before contacting support, please make sure you have connected your Patreon account to the maycontaingirl.com website using the link below…
https://maycontaingirl.com/login/ then press the red ‘LOG IN WITH PATREON’ button, then hit ‘Allow’ in the window that comes up. This will connect your Patreon account to the MCG website and your content will now be unlocked. Please message us via the contacts at the bottom of this page if you have any further issues.
1. Are you using a Smartphone to access the MCG site? Sometime they have security features that prevent the site from unlocking, we always suggest using a laptop or a desktop to access the content.
2. Trying a different browser to access the content can help, especially if the issue is being caused by security software or plugins.
3. Log out of Patreon and log back in can sometimes fix potential issues.

If you were a previous member of maycontaingirl.com (before we switched to Patreon) you may need us to delete your old account as it can prevent Patreon linking to your new maycontaingirl.com account – please message us via the Patreon Link below so we can do this for you, we aim to respond within 1 hour.
This usually happens because you are using the ‘Unlock with Patreon’ button to log in, please use the ‘Log in with Patreon’ button on the Log in page to correctly log in or the button below.
The ‘Unlock with Patreon’ button is used by NEW members to sign up and EXISTING members to Upgrade or Downgrade Tiers. If you are already a paying member then the ‘Unlock with Patreon’ button will take you the Patreon Edit your Membership payment page (see below) where you can Upgrade or Downgrade your MCG Tier (you can also do this here Patreon Membership). If you are already a paying member then you will notice that in the summary box, it shows how much you have already paid that calendar month (CREDIT) and how much in addition you would need to pay to Upgrade to a higher Tier (TODAY’S CHARGE), in the example below the Today’s Charge field shows that there in no fee to pay (see red arrow), that’s because this user has already paid the correct amount that calendar month for that Tier. If you were upgrading to a higher Tier you would see the additional fee required to perform the upgrade in the Today’s Charge field. To finalise the Upgrade/Downgrade just hit the Update button.
Its also worth noting that when you signed up you probably paid in USD, when you edit your membership it will automatically change to your local currency, this make no difference to the amount you pay.

As your content unlocks are connected to your current Tier, please make sure that the correct Tier is selected in your Membership area within Patreon. You can find this page here Patreon Membership
Tiers are based on how much you have paid that calendar month, if you have paid for a higher Tier such as MCG Covershoots and move your membership Tier to a lower Tier, such as MCG Archive, you will still have access to the higher Tier (MCG Covershoots) until the end of that calendar month. Payments process in Pacific Standard Time (PST). If you’d like to subscribe on the first of the month, check what time it is in PST, before joining. You’ll be billed on the first of the following month, regardless of your join date, this information is shown on the Patreon payment page when you first sign up.
